Hi! My name is Ritchie. I am 25 years old and live in Cebu, Philippines. I am a full blooded Filipino and full Bisaya. I graduated from Cebu Institute of Technology in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. I started website design since December 2000 with the help of my friend. And now I’m a full time Freelance Web Designer with a highly skilled hand coded valid CSS 2.1 and XHTML 1.0 mark-up language. I provide affordable web design aesthetic and web 2.0 concept for a range of clients, from small-medium businesses, to a community and individuals. In my field of expertise I also developed website using WordPress as a CMS/Blog and I also sliced design from a PSD file into a valid CSS 2.1 and XHTML 1.0 Strict.
